Goal: Save time researching our target customers or audience.

Prompt #1: Understand what you don't understand.

When I'm approaching a broad problem with AI, I like to begin by asking it for the information that I may not have.

What do I need to know about understanding my audience or customer’s wants?

Prompt #2: Understand your customer segments.

As an AI Business Analyst, assess the potential market segments for my brand.

Description of Brand: A sports betting media brand creating content around NFL betting analysis.

Please provide the analysis in a structured format including key characteristics, potential size, and growth opportunities.

Try it out yourself. Replace the description with your own brand's description.

Prompt #3: Describe your customers' interests & pain points.

Describe my target audience for [content or product type] or related to [topic]. 

What are their demographics, interests, and pain points?

Prompt #4: Create customer personas.

Now, we will reference ChatGPT's response as input into the following prompt:

Act as an expert in customer persona analysis.

Develop three buyer personas based on typical demographic information, interests, and pain points that you previously provided.

Provide these personas in a narrative format.
